Meg Foster is an American actress who has been working in the entertainment industry for over five decades. She made her debut in 1968 with the Cornell Summer Theater production of John Brown’s Body and the off-Broadway production of The Empire Builders.
In 1982, Meg took on the role of Detective Christine Cagney in the short season of the Cagney & Lacey TV series. Unfortunately, the producers decided to replace her with Sharon Gless. This caused much distress for Foster and cost her many other opportunities.
