Rafael Benítez is a Spanish football manager and former player who is the current manager of the Chinese club Dalian Professional. He has also managed Liverpool, Chelsea, Valencia, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and Newcastle United.
Benítez began his managerial career in Spain with Real Madrid Castilla and won the Segunda División B title in his only season in charge. He moved to England in 2004 to manage Liverpool. In his first season, he won the UEFA Champions League.
