Jared Keeso lived in Canada with his parents, Anne and Richard Keeso. His family bought Keeso Sawmill Company. Before his acting career, he works there. Jared likes to play hockey. He played junior hockey for Strathroy Rockets of the WOHL with future two-time Stanley Cup champion Jeff Carter, and also the Listowel Cyclones of the GOJHL.
Jared started his acting career in two CBC television movies about the biopic of a controversial hockey coach, player, and commentator named Don Cherry.
The first one is “Keep your head up kid: the don cherry story” which was released in 2010, and the 2nd one is “The Wrath of Grapes: The Don Cherry Story II” which was released in 2012.
